FAMILY TRADITION, this is what it’s all about for Big Kahuna Wings. Both our seasoning company and our BKW restaurant franchise are built on the foundations of family recipes, family fun, and family tradition. The restaurant opened in July of 2014 as a family-friendly, sit-down restaurant; a distinct alternative to the everyday wing shack centered on sports and music entertainment. Would it work? Within an hour of opening, there was a line out the door and an hour’s wait for a table! We operate from our six principles:
- Respect. Showing high concern for the rights of individuals. Letting people know that who they are is important to us.
- Service. High quality service for all guests. Every single person that walks in the door is important to us and they are the reason we are here.
- Passion. We love what we do and we want you to love it too. Take ownership in our business and show you’re passionate about our products. If you believe in it, so will the guests.
- Family. This is family. Family is the core of our business. With caring and understanding towards each other and our guests we can make this place soar.
- Tradition. We are rich in tradition and consistency. Our history is important to us and to our guests. Know this and be able to talk about it frequently. People love to be a part of something wonderful, and this is that place.
- Heart. We have heart. We want to show it to our guests and our staff. We are committed to kindness and we want to share our values simply because it is important to us.
